Shipping policy
DiamondDreamUSA.com offers free 2 Day shipping for US delivery when your total order exceeds $250 in diamond or jewelry purchases. For items that are not diamond or jewelry we will charge you the actual shipping charges for ground shipping unless requested otherwise. This will be calculated based upon actual package size, weight, insurance (required) and a handling fee. Please send us your order and we will calculate the shipping charge for you. We strive to ship within two to three business days after payment is received and confirmed. If you pay on Friday or Saturday, shipping will take place as stated above after we reopen the following week. We ship all items via FedEx or USPS. If you choose other shippers, we may charge an additional fee.
For diamond or jewelry orders $249 and under, there will be a shipping and handling charge of $19.95 for 2nd Day shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse orders from several foreign countries due increased credit card fraud. An additional $30-$80 per pound will be charged for shipping to countries other than the US. (Rates vary based on actual country.)
*IMPORTANT NOTE: The International shipping rate does not include customs duties or local taxes. You are responsible for paying customs duties and any import fees or taxes due. DiamondDreamUSA.com does not make any money from these taxes or duties. You can check with your local customs office for an estimate of what, if any duties, you would owe.
For all jewelry orders, please allow a minimum of 10 business days before inquiring about the status of the order. We make most of our rings as orders are received in order to customize them to your size and specifications, so please allow 2-14 Days before receiving your order.
We will send you an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to always track your order until it reaches you or your recipient’s doorstep.
